10 minutes from Heraklion's International Airport is the village of Karteros where our open-all-year hostel provides affordable accommodation just moments from the beach.
You can be back in Heraklion in 20 minutes - buses every hour - or travel onwards to party-central in Malia by coach. The historic Palace of Knossos is also a short bus ride away.
Karteros has lively beach bars during summer months, supermarkets, restaurants and year-round bars for all tastes.
We have rooms to suit all at our villa, just call us anytime! Daily, weekly, even monthly rates starting at Euro 18 per person per night - less of course if you're sharing.
